The same as Estrella, I attempted to purchase a blouse marked $4.00. When I went to the register, I was told that price was wrong, it was $8.00. When I brought them 4 other blouses, same size and color, all marked $4.00, I was told they were all wrong, when I pointed out that by law they had to honor the price marked, they refused and implied a customer must have changed them all, with their stickers.

I paid TNT $2500 to obtain sponsorship for my racing team. TNT showed me all kinds of contacts and prior business that did this kind of thing. They also told me that if I was not satisfied, they would return the money. The contract just stated that there would be certain rules if he did obtain sponsorship. It has been almost 3 years and nothing. TNT would not return money then went to small claims and he said he would return $800 but would have to make payments to do this. It was not ordered by the court because they said there was no guaranteed amount, but that was agreed on and is on record. He was paid for a service he never performed and I lost 2 seasons of racing. He also claimed he spent money traveling to obtain this but due to the economy, he could get the job done. He has done this to other racers as well. He can show no proof of anything being spent, does not return calls or emails and never mentioned at the time he took the money that the economy was affecting his business as this is supposed to be his full-time job.

On 12/17/09 I was shopping at TNT Liquidations store, all items that I want to purchasewere priced. I noticed that the black male cashier (no name tag) was charging me $7.00 for a item that was labeled $5.00. When I complained, he told me that $7.00 was price to take or leave it.. I requested to speak with the manager and he refused to call it. I advised him that I did not want the item ( a christmas' ribbon) at that price, but I the priced labeled, he refused to give it to me and refused to sell me the other items I have choosen to buy.
