Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Twice in the last two months, when I went to refill my Zanex prescription, the bottle was short when I got home. The first incident it was short 5 pills and the second time it was short 50 pills. The pharmacist informed me that the pills come in 100 count sealed bottles from the manufacturer and the only thing they can do is fill out a report to the FDA. Other family members have filled precriptions at other pharmacies in the area and have experienced the same problem but only on narcotics, never on antibiotics. There seems to be a growing problem here. If you ask that the pills be counted in front of you, all you get is attitude. Who is being violated the most, the consumer or the insurance companies. We are all paying for our medicines, one way or another. I hope that you may have some suggestions on what to do. I am tired of being made to feel like I am a liar or a drug addict.

I picked up the refill of my son's(Andrew)Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray. When I got home my husband wanted to know why I got birth control pills for our 12 year old daughter? The Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray ws in the bag but there is also a package of TriNessa 28 oral contraceptives.

This is the second time we have been given the wrong drugs at this pharmacy. Previously my husband was given someone elses prescription in place of his antibiotics....same last name different first name.
