They sent me a certificate stating I had a $5,000 credit card available to me at the cost of $45 for regular delivery and $49 for rush delivery. They cashed my check and I still have not yet received the credit card.

I tried to contact them by phone to see what is going on and they are not even listed. Tampa has nothing of the sort.
