I was falsely led to believe that I would be earning between $735-3200/wk doing home mailing business. I read very carefully the entire ad before I submitted my application and starting fee of $79.95. It stated that everything we need to get started and going will be provided by the company. It also stated that unlike other companies, this home mailers business does not require their employees to go out and solicit anyone to earn money. This gave me the false impression that everything I need will be mailed to me and that I wouldn't be soliciting anyone for money. This, I found out the hard way, is completely false.

The ad stated that we would never have to go out of our way to solicit people and yet, when I received my starters kit, which contained only a few envelopes, I found out that the only way to earn money was to advertise for the company. I have spent countless hours on the internet and email advertising because this is the only free form of advertisement. Yet, the ad stated that it only requires a few hours a day and that everything we need would be paid for by the company.

However, I found out that the only thing the company pays for is the envelopes, which I actually don't need. Basically, I have wasted a lot of my time and have not been compensated for any efforts I have put in to advertise for the company. I am very frustrated because I have not been able to receive even one envelope as a result of all my efforts in the last month. Please let me know if what the company has done is considered false advertisement.

My basic complaint is: the company advertised that I would be earning at least a few hundred dollars a week and yet I have not been able to earn a penny. My loss is: $79.95 and I would like to get my money reimbursed, which was a part of their satisfaction guarantee. However, the only way to get reimbursed was to send in 100 envelopes from the people I solicit to receive SASE. However, the company did not describe how I would receive the envelopes but instead, led me to believe that the materials I need to mail back to them would actually be supplied by them.

We visited the company's site and found that it promises the following four things:

Unlimited amount of supplies from our company!

Unlimited access to our Members Area Site!

Your personal ID# and computerized account!

All postage expenses will be covered by our company!

As far as we know, there are no stuff-envelopes-at-home programs. We don't see anything about this one that makes us think otherwise.
