I agreed to test a golf club, with the understanding, the club could be returned for a full refund. Club was received, tested and returned for refund. UPS tracking detail shows club was received Dec. 5, 2001 at company address. I next talked to Richard, on Feb 6, 2002, who stated he would expedite refund. At this time I have no refund nor will anyone at the company answer the phone.
