Purchased a 1982 Honda Aspencade Goldwing Motorcycle in June of last year. Since I purchased this cycle, I have had nothing but problems with this dealer. I also purchased a one-year dealer warranty with the cycle. Altho they initially fixed the water and oil leaks, they keep my motorcycle for weeks at a time, and now I am experiencing problems with getting it started, and they refuse to resolve the problem, giving me the run-around. My service contract will expire in another three months, and I still do not have use of my motorcycle.
I use this as my primary source of transportation - it is not a recreational bike. I have had to borrow vehicles to get to work. This has created a hardship on my family - for months now. The dealer's owner, sales manager and mechanics give me story after story why they cannot work on my bike - and delay after delay until my warranty will expire. I am making payments on this bike, pay insurance on it - and still have not had use of it. They never contact me - it takes they three to four weeks to order a part - and now, they tell me, there's nothing wrong with it - but that it's sat so long in their shop, they have to charge the battery and will take another "look" at it in a couple of days.
