Forces of Nature

I am writing to praise Forces of Nature. It carries a huge variety of products and provides excellent customer service. I have been shopping there for years and have never had a problem. I am not saying that what happened to Sabina is impossible, just that her story is unclear and far removed from my own experience. She does not tell how far past the expiration date the oatmeal she purchased was and she does not tell whether she received a refund from the store. If the store did overlook an expiration date on one box of oatmeal, that would not be right, but it it would be understandable, given how many products they carry. Of course, if such negligence was typical, that would be very different from its happening once in a blue moon. I think if it were typical, it would have happened to me numerous times in all the years I've been shopping there but it has never happened to me even once. In any case, I would be very surprised if they did not give Sabina a refund.

The store sold me an expired organic instant oatmeal. This is especially disturbing, since the store supposed to be selling healthy/organic food. I only noticed it was expired when I was thinking to prepare the last packet. It appeared to have air inside and the packet was inflated. I started looking for the expiration date, which was very hard to find and thats when I found out I've been eating an expired product. When I came to the store and complained they were saying that the product is being discontinued and they will remove it from the shelves, but the damage has already been done. I must warn other people to be carefull as far as this "health" store is concerned.
