Oakride advertised in its weekly salespaper Freshlike Blends (vegetable, pasta, or Stir Fry Selected varieties) 16oz bag 2/$3.00. I purchased two bags which when I was home looking over my receipt they scanned 2.49 per bag. I was under the understanding this is a scanning error and should be refunded the difference I was overcharged plus ten times the amount up to $5.00. The manager said it does not apply to sale items. I know I have had this happen to me at Krogers where they advertise one price and item scans for something other than the advertised price and they have given me amount overcharged plus 10 times amount up to $5.00.
