I rented a birthday cake moon bounce for my son's birthday party. We received the castle moon bounce. My son really didn't care, so no big deal that we got the wrong one. We inflated the moon bounce and the kids immediately started telling us it wasn't bouncy...they were touching the ground. My father and I spent an hour trying to patch holes with duct tape to no avail. I called the company and was told I would receive a phone call. No phone call.
A few hours into my party, someone from the company showed up, did not introduce himself, took off all the tape and re-attached a flap in the front of the moon bounce. It held a little more air, but didn't improve that much. After the unidentified man left, an adult got into the moon bounce and it practically folded in half sending kids screaming for the exit. Any time an adult got into the bounce, it would do this for the remainder of the party. These bounces should support up to 6 adults at one time.
I called the office the following day and was told that I would be credited half the rental. Ten minutes later I received a message stating the equipment was working and they could not process the refund. When I called back and spoke to Barbara she refused to put me through to any decision makers (Glen or Dominic) and even went as far to say that (and I quote) "Glen doesn't like to speak to upset customers". I asked Barbara who would speak to me she said Dominic. I left a message for him to call me. No return call.
I have rented from this company for 4 years straight and was surprised I received such poor equipment and then basically ignored while I was charged full price. Let's not forget I received the WRONG equipment and the equipment I received didn't work well. I have pictures if anyone would like to see how bad Just For Fun rentals can be.
