My daughter received a Liv World Sophie doll for Christmas. One of the main reasons she wanted this doll was because they repeatedly advertised that the dolls came with codes to get into an online community. When you enter the site given, all you see is a screen with pictures of the dolls. No link, nowhere to enter codes, nothing. We have kept trying feeling maybe the site was experiencing problems. It is over 30 days now and still that same dead web page.

In November 2009, I purchased a Liv doll for my daughter. I also purchased a package of Liv Doll clothes. Both packages came with codes that said if entered online, my daughter would have a membership to the site. We have attempted several times to enter both codes but are told they are invalid. I have attempted to contact the company by email and telephone. I have not received a response to my emails and when I telephone, no one ever answers. It is commercials played over and over. I am under the belief that invalid codes are put out there and then you cannot reach anyone to correct the matter. Thus they get to keep your money. We have purchased multiple Webkinzs with the same idea and never had this problem.
