my son bought a scooter from scooter elite for 1100.00 dollars the same day he bought it he hit a curve an had to get the scooter repaired the warranty was for all parts free an had to pay for labor after 30days so he took it back to scooter elite mr k said that he had to find the part my son wanted to reurn the scooter but mr k said no because he had to see what was wrong with it first so about 5 days later mr k called to come get scooter he said my son owed him 300.00 dollars for parts an labor my didnt have the money because parts was suppose to be free mr k gave him the scooter and said if he dont pay soon my son wouldnt get his tag so the next day my son basketball coach said he cant keep the scooter for safety reasons because he on a basketball scholarship so mr k said that he will give 570.00 check for the scooter mr said that he charging 200.00 for parts 120.00 for labor 150.00 for paperwork hehas to do for returning scooter and 60.00 for credit card transaction to put money back on credit card which he didnt have to because he gave my a check instead i think he took advantage of son because he is 18 and a college student.
