I placed an order for a crib for my newborn baby on Aug. 20th 2009. On their website it states every item will ship in 5-7 business days. Well, I didn't receive the shipment in a timely manner at all. I contacted them at least four times regarding the status on my order. They told me numerous times that they have to call the manufacturer and that they would call me back. Unfortunately, no one called me back so I proceeded to call them. To make matters worse, I found out today (Oct. 15th) that the item is now discontinued. I can't even begin to express how livid I am that 2 months have passed from the time I placed my order to find out that it is discontinued. I can't believe that they can false advertise something like that. I needed this for my newborn baby and felt that it was very important to me, but I guess it wasn't for them. At least someone should have called me to follow up on the order in the first place and especially if the item was being discontinued, but in a timely manner, not 2 months later. It is absolutely absurd and disappointing!!!
