This travel agent refuses to transfer our agent of record despite our repeated requests and form submission. She has been less than helpful, cost hundreds of dollars by failing to act in a timely manner, provided inaccurate information and sought to charge extra fees for shore excursion info for a cruise. We booked a cruise tour with Royal Carribbean with her requesting only direct as possible flights. When the time came for reservations, she told us to find and book our own flights! We did. Then she provided incorrect info re: transfers, baggage handling etc. Thank goodness the cruise line has an Alaska desk that answers phone calls. They have corrected her info.
Plane fares increasef almost 300 each way between Dec. and Jan when she told me to call her back. Each membner of the 3 from NY lost $300 in airfare costs. She still refuses to release our accounts so we may have to cancel the entire $5000. per person cruise tour.
