I made a reservation with BOOK IN HOTELS. They cancelled without informing me and when I called aftter numerous attempts and with difficulty because of having to use international phones, I was informed they had financial difficulties. Consequently, I had to book again and I was fortunate enough to be able to make another booking at the hotel I origininally booked and it was for a particular event so I could have had a problem. I had to pay AGAIN and to date the company has not made good their promise to redund the money I paid for the booking. This is fraud. Here is the correspondence that will give background. I view this as fraud as they have taken my money and I have received nothing for it. Their website is still up. They must be stopped and I want my refund.
