1. They have accepted and confirmed my booking request in May 2009 for Sep 2010 - a year and a half later with no questioning. This is their first scandal. They should have noticed that there was a mistake in the booking year and notify me about it immediately. If they did so as they should, then I would immediately clarify the mistake in the year and my booking would be OK.
2. When I checked in I introduced myself with my full name. Mariel didn't check my name at all and even refused to my suggestion to show her my passport. She didn't ask to see my credit card. She have wrongly identified me as an Italian woman with a first name Gavriella, disregarding completely my last name and she checked me in as completely different person. She received me in an unsuitable room for only one day -- with no connection at all to my booking reservation which she didn't want to see at all. In the afternoon Mariel's sister once again wrongly identified me in their computer files even though I told her clearly my full name.
3. After they have understood their mistake at late evening they sent me to a place in the middle of nowhere and they caused me to pack again and move there where I could not get anything to eat or entertain.
4. She apologized and also suggested to escort me to the other place, and also invited us to have breakfast at their motel in the next day, but that was not enough to compensate us for all the trouble they caused.
5. The alternative place in the state park was a dreadful place for us, and we left it first thing at the next morning even though we originally planed 2 nights at the motel.
6. Mariel made her greatest mistake the next morning responding to a polite request by me for compensation, she begun to shout and yell on me violently, threatening to call their local sheriff against me, insulting me in front of my family and other guests of the motel, and shouting at me to leave their property. Even after I went out the office she shouted that I'll step out of the road as well.
