Condo Link had promise to sell my timeshare. Know they sold out the company, kept the same and they want to charge me 100.00 dollars so the can keep rendering me the services that the previous owner had agreed on contract to do so.I had payed 500.00 dollars to Condo Link so they can sell my timeshare. I sing a written contract 0n September, 15, 2005 were they advertise, stating that they will work for me into they sold my timeshare. Why should i pay extra. I spoke to Adam this morning concerning that and he said that in oder for Condo Link to keep providing with the previous service, that i will have to pay the 100.00 dollars. I refuse and explained him what i mentioned above, and he said that he will then take me out of the list.
I don't think legally, that i have to pay more for the services that they had promise to give to me on were they had sing to and agreement that they were be with me into they sold my timeshare. In the contract does not indicate that they are going to raised the money on any specific time or matter. Imagined if they do this to one thousand costumer. You how many people like they will be abusing or taking advantage off. I don't think that is fare, and some body should do something about it.
