The company's president Yaqoob released show tickets at 60 each to be sold through a retail outlet Neema Sari Palace on Pioneer Blvd, in Artesia run by Babu **. Once the customers booked their show tickets and agreed to pay at 60 each, he raised the charges to 69 per ticket at time of delivery. He even admitted on the phone with me on 3/28/2010 that he made a mistake and he would not listen to customer's concern and was very unprofessional and rude. This company runs a branch office in Orange on Brookhurst and the company's employees and ethics are very bad, unprofessional, misleading and deceptive.
They never stand behind their statements. Please be extra careful before spending a dime with them. They raised the price after the sale was confirmed on show tickets and even admitted and did not honor the original agreed price. There are thousands of other travel agencies. Stay away from this one. Resolution Sought: Yaqoob needs to refund me 54 dollars for the difference for 6 tickets. This company and its employees are very unprofessional. I have had bad experiences with their orange office on Brookhurst as well. Never spend a dime with this company. Misleading, deceptive, unprofessional and practices improper selling practices.
