first of all I call for directions and I was hang up twice, I reserve a room with a king or queen bed facing the riverwalk and I got a room with double beds facing the air condition units,I talk to the manager and after a long wait he found one was not clean well there was trash from the person that stayed there before,there was no parking spaces and was told to park on the street meters,and I was still charge for parking after paying for public parking,the room had no refri or microwave we lost so much time it was not good at all I will never stay ther again and for sure will not recommented to nobody,we were every disappointed with the service and for sure wont stay there again.
