My wife & I went on south america cruise with F,O.C.L. BD049 January 2oo8. The cruise was a disaster from start to finish, the food was very poor, the entertainment was cheap, the hygiene was dirty, reception staff arrogant they did not care one bit. We missed out on the main parts of the cruise due to food poison & the norovirus & confinement to our cabin.

WE have been cruising for over 40 years & not once have we ever complained about any thing before, it was so bad we are going to court. We feel it is only right to do so it would protect other passengers on future cruises.

confined to our cabin for 6 days also my wife suffered with severe bruising on her back after two sessions of massages plus cut my foot in the shower due too broken tiles on the base of the shower room floor. plus having to pay our flight home to the UK from Bemuda.

The cruise BW662 offered three ports of call in Greenland. Two of these were cancelled. One port of call in Ireland was made as a replacement. No other form of compensation has been made to the present in spite of a request.

The economic'damage' was that payment was made for a port of call which was not made.
