I tried on several occasions to use this service but found no bookings available. In a lot of cases, I could get a better deal through other companies. I paid over $6,000 for something I did not receive. My wife and I are retired and we're looking forward to traveling to places we had always dreamed about. I have never been able to use this service and we have found most of the selling points mentioned when I bought the plan are false. All the times we have tried to use this company, we have found that the savings we were told about, does not exist.
We just got a computer and found out about other complaints against Leisure Access. I am not sure but I think I would have trouble believing Jesus Christ if I saw him walking on water. I cannot understand why these people are still in business and how they stay in business with false advertisement. This has taken away monies that we had put back in order to travel now that we have retired. Should have know this was too good to be true. Can I get any of the money back?
