Normally I pay an average of 50 0r 60 dollars on my water bill ., But starting last month I received a water bill for about 500 hundred dollars and I don’t use water commercially nor do I have a swimming pool or Jacuzzi or any thing in that nature oh and I don’t operate a car wash this moth it went all the way to 831.00 dollars!
