I was contacted by Jim who informed me that Annie no longer worked for Windsor and offered me a $65 reduction in the bill. He stated that all calls were logged especially ones regarding stopping oil deliveries and that there was no log regarding my call. I thought about the offer and called Jim back. I told him I don't feel that I should pay anything since there is no signed contract and I spoke with a representative of their company who said I didn't need to do anything else. I was informed by Jim that the contract automatically renews and that he was not going to take a loss on the oil. He said he would have to send it to collection. I have to pay or have my credit ruined.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I was under contract last year with them and this year we were trying to lock in a price for the season they sent a letter with different plans. We waited and Windsor sent another letter with plans and price went down. We still did nothing because we are a group of seven families that sign together and were calling different companies to see who would give us the best price. We signed with General utilities for $3.24 a gallon.
Windsor delivered to us after we signed with General Utilities and charged $3.49 a gallon. At the time of sigining with General they told us they will notify Windsor and they tagged our pipe in the front of the house. Windsor delivered $200 worth of oil after General delivered. I feel this was done out of spite because we left them. It was their error and they won't even honor Generals' price. As of today General came down to $2.69 a gallon.
