I purchased bridesmaids dresses with Anakha Corporation in April with a delivery date of August 26 for my October 5 wedding. They never notified me of any late shipping date and did not return calls I made after August 26. The times they called back, they lied to me about a shipping date.
It was a week and a half before my wedding and my bridesmaids still didn't have dresses. After lying to me several times and not returning my calls, my bridesmaids were sent their dresses a week before the wedding! At that point, my bridesmaids made other arrangements for dresses.
I am disputing the charges. They claim to have sent the dresses in sufficient time and are disputing my claim that I am owed the money back. Future brides should beware.
Some bridesmaids had to buy new dresses at the last minute; others wore dresses they already had. As a result, my bridesmaids had mismatched dresses. I trusted this company to be reputable and they were not.
