Throughout the years I have heard how you have been instrumental in bringing justice to the average person. I am hoping you can help my Mom out. My Mom bought a pair of shoes for my brother's wedding. We had swatches dyed to make sure the color would match the outfit. The swathes did not match. We brought the dress in and choose a color from the dye book and were assured that all would go well. The color was awful. One shoe was darker than the other, there was a water line running down the front of one shoe, the fabric by one of the buckles was black, there were stains/spots all over the shoe and the lining between the fabric and the floor of the shoe were a greenish-brown. The shoes were taken back.

We asked for a new pair of white shoes and we would take them else where. Mind you the wedding was a few days away. They wanted to re-dye the shoes. We had no faith in that. The shoes had too many issues as is. We were refused so we left the shoes there and said we would wait to speak to the owner. We left the store. As we got to the car, one of the partners came out and threw the shoes on the car. We got out picked them up and left them in front of the door.

The wedding is over. My mom was and is very sad and upset to be treated so disgustingly. Can you please help us get a new pair of white shoes and we will have them dyed elsewhere for another occasion. We rightfully paid for the shoes and were patient for swatches, the dying of the shoe, etc. We are concerned to go back because we don't want anything else thrown at us.

I would have contacted you for help earlier but my father has been in and out of hospitals and doctors since a few days before the wedding when all this took place. He is still recovering. I look forward to hearing from you! Many thanks for listening!
