I sent in the appropriate paperwork and still have not received any answer regarding my photos and videos from my 11/25/05 wedding.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I prepaid for photography services for my daughter's wedding and never received the purchased items. Is there any way that I can be reimbursed? I have proof of charge card bill and numerous letters to the charge card company to see if they could help in any way. Up to this point, I have not received any merchandise nor money owed back in the amount of $3,076.78. I am not aware of a class action lawsuit, but the money has never been returned to me for items that were prepaid for my daughter's wedding photos and albums.

My husband and I were married September 29,2001 and had hired Marc Schwartz of Celebration Studios to be our photographer and he had someone with him as videographer as well. It is now 2008 and we have not received our wedding album or video. They kept telling me they were having trouble with the album company and that the album was just delayed. It is extremely important that we get our proofs, negatives, and video footage back. I have emails from Dani and Lisa saying that the album would be produced and not to worry.
I am seeking information to find out if anyone has figured out how to obtain my wedding memories. We would greatly appreciate any information to help us. We paid Celebration Studios $4,000.00 and did not receive what was detailed on our contract. Also, it has caused a lot of emotional stress as our wedding day cannot be done over. We can't detail in words how important it is for us to have those memories back.

On June 2006 my husband and I went to the Clifton Studios to meet with Dana to discuss setting up our wedding album(s) and some other photo(s) we requested to be enlarged. Dana was nice enough and helped both of us with our negatives and put an example together on how our albums were going to look. She then indicated that within 4 weeks she was going to email my husband and I or call us into their location so that we could finalize and review the final touches to our album(s). After contacting her several times she had indicated that they were still working on our albums but that we would hear back from her soon.
Months passed when we finally heard the devastating news that our location had closed. Now are we not only out $5,000.00 that we paid back on our wedding year Sept. 2003 but we no longer have half of our negatives nor any of the items we requested. This has caused me an enormous amount of emotional stress. Can you imagine a girls dream was full-filled by her prince charming when he asked her to marry her and now we have nothing to show our friends, family or even our future kids of how our beautiful day went. Please help us we are willing to do whatever it takes to get back what belongs to us.

My daughter was married over 2 years ago still waiting for wedding album anf rest of the proofs

they went out of business and i have yet to receive my video or album,
my best man has died since then and he was only 23. i want that video.

Hired them for both photos/video for our wedding on 4/14/07.... waiting for final video, photo albums, framed pictures, etc. paid almost $6000!
our contract never fulfilled and we paid them a lost $6000!

Celebration Studios was hired and PAID IN FULL ($4,909.92) to provide photography and video coverage of our wedding on August 26, 2006. We attempted to attend a design session to help create our video and 3 albums. When we arrived at thge site, the office appeared to have been vacant with a sign on the door stating they had moved locations and an e-mail address to contact them.
After several atrtempts with no response, my husband and I did some further investigating only to find out that the company had claimed bankruptcy and were all over the news! We have only receieved our proofs and raw footage. We are in desperate want of some sort of digital (jpegs.) so that we could create some sort of wedding album. We would REALLY like to follow this up with a lawyer to recieve what is owed to us. We have ALL receipts and necessary documentation to support our claim!
We have lost a total amount of $4,909.92 along with our wedding memories. We have ALL receipts and necessary documentation to support our claim!

I hired them for both photo and video for my wedding on 12/5/04. I received my proofs but didn't receive any prints, albums or video footage. They were never available to make appointments and never attempted to help me get all that I paid for. This has caused severe emotional and financial consequences. There is no one to contact to retrieve what we paid for. My husband and I are out over 6K.

My wedding event was on 10/10/04, contract was for album and videography, and payment paid in full. I received services and proofs. I was contacted in 12/2007 from Celebration Studios referring to uploading pictures on www.pictage.com website. I never recieived password or follow up email. Now there is no business location, website or contact information. Have not received all services paid for and would like to know advice for next step.
This has caused emotional and financial consequences as consumer. The services were not completely received, and now there is no contact to retrieve negatives or raw video. Company filed no longer exists and is without any contact information.

I paid upfront in total $1,950.00, for my wedding photography to be held on June 01, 2008. I heard that the business has closed down. I they filed bankruptcy. I would like to know what my options are for having my money refunded.

On November 20, 2006 we signed a contract for services w/ Celebration Studios do be the photographers at our wedding on August 29, 2008 with Erin McGrath, a consultant working for Celebration Studios. The contract was to be for $3,195 plus tax. We were offered a 10% discount if we made our payment in full. Celebration was a large studio that many of our friends used, and vendors recommended them to us. On November 20, 2006, we paid in full so we would receive the discount. We paid $3,076.78 including $201.28 NJ sales tax. In the month of October 2007 we started to try and contact Celebration Studios and schedule our engagement sitting that was included in our package (please see contract). It was very hard to get in touch with anybody in the Studio and we became skeptical. Eventually we got in contact with Victor; apparently Erin who we signed our contract with was no longer with the company, as well as the photographer that we chose to shoot our wedding. As the months went on, phone calls and emails were not being returned, and with lingering rumors we feared for the worst.
In the past months (December and January) the company put out an email promising their customers that the company is fine and they are currently changing formats to help facilitate the process of receiving your photos after your event. In January, we would see much to our dismay, a new story on Channel 4 explaining that hundreds of brides have not received their photos and other products they paid for. We are now seven months from our wedding date without a photographer and out $3,076.78.

We paid Celebration Studios for our photographer and videographer for our wedding on 8/24/07. We have our proofs but do not have the digital copies nor the video raw material. They have since gone out of business.
We did not receive the services paid for.

I was married April 20, 2007. I used Celebration Studios for my wedding. I did receive my proofs, but that is all. I paid in full up front--a total of $2,642.58. I recently found out that they closed. I have looked into a few websites and was told to file a claim

We used this photography company for our wedding photos. They did not make good on their contract of providing us with a wedding album after we paid them in full. Now to make matters worse, the company has gone out of business; and there is no way of contacting anyone to get our things back. We have recently found out that we are not the only individuals filling a complaint against this company; there are others in our situation.
We do not have our wedding album and are out over $2500.

I used Celebration Studio for my wedding on 8-5-06 and never received what was stated in my contract. The company is going bankrupt. I would like all of pictures, proofs, and video.

Booked them to do my photography 7/06 in Red Bank, NJ, with Erin McGrath. Everything went without a hitch until about a month ago, and I still did not have my proofs. Received various emails advising me that they were going through a transition, and I would have my proofs within a couple of weeks. I even received 2 messages from an employee that due to this big change they were backed up.
It is now Jan 23, 2008, and I have no pictures from my wedding. I know you have gotten several complaints already, this company has been all over the news (CBS, NBC, ABCand News 12 NJ). I just want my pictures, I paid lots of money for them:$2500 cash. I have copies of all my cancelled checks and a copy of my contract. Please help!
No pictures of the most important day of my life! Nothing to show for it, I do not even have my proofs!

My husband and I were married in August 2006. Unfortunately, we used Celebration Studios as our photographer for the event. We have paid everything in full and have received nothing from the company but aggregation. We are missing portraits, wedding albums, parent albums, unlimited photographs, digital files, negatives, etc.
Because of this company I am unable to cherish and enjoy the memories I have of my wedding day. I have nothing to look back on.

On November 15, 2007, my fiance and I booked a photography package with Celebration Studios for our July 12, 2008 wedding and gave them a deposit of $993. We were not issued a contract that day because of technical difficulties, but the next day I got the contract via email. My contract stated that my next payment of $993 was due on January 15, 2008. A third payment of $993 was due on May 12, 2008 and final balance when proofs were ready.
I did not print my contract and sign it right away. On November 22, 2007, my fiance's credit card was charged $2318.65, the remaining balance. We tried to contact the company through several phone calls and emails. No one has returned our phone calls or emails. We found out that they are out of business and claiming bankruptcy. They stole our money.
We have had the financial burden of over $3,000 charged for nothing. We have the stress of trying to find a new photographer 6 months before our wedding. We really are devastated.

I hired Celebration Studios to do my wedding photos and video. My wedding was October 20, 2006 and all I have received to date are my proofs and raw video. I've tried to contact Celebration Studios a number of times but I either got the answering machine or I was told someone would call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone.
I paid around $5,500 and all I want is what I paid for.

On March 10, 2007, we paid in full for the Masterpiece Package which describes various options for photos and albums. Included is the fact that digital files are ours to keep. The wedding was on July 28, 2007.
No one has answered phone calls or emails concerning when this package can become a reality. Then after watching the evening news two nights in a row, it was witnessed that many brides are in the same situation: Payment but no Product!
The damages are more emotional than anything. How can a company take your money and all the beautiful memories of a wedding day?

My husband and I paid $3,000 to Celebration Studios for photos, photo negatives, and three albums for our 9/4/05 wedding. We got the wedding photos and met with a designer to design our albums. We e-mailed and called many times and were told they were delayed, delayed and delayed some more. Finally they told us that one album was ready. I rang back several times to ask if the other albums would be ready soon as well, so we could pick them up together (because we live quite a distance away and don't own a car), but I got no response. Now we've heard that the company's gone bankrupt. After more phone calls and e-mails, we're pretty convinced.
Now we're out three albums, all of our negatives, and a decent amount of cash, not to mention the sentimental value of these items, which is far more important to us than the money.

Paid in full, never received my wedding pictures, videos, albums and everything else from my wedding on October 7, 2007.
Paid $5,000, and never received anything from the most special day of my life.

I contracted Celebration Studios to do photography and videography for my wedding which was on May 5, 2007. I paid in full and signed a contract in advance of that date which entitled me to the following services: one photographer for the entire day of the wedding, a complete set of proofs, a digital set of proofs on cd, one bridal album, two parent's albums, a 5x7 for every member of the bridal party, 3 8x10's, 1 11x14, up to 150 thank you cards, a videographer for the day of the wedding, 3 copies of an edited version of the day including a baby pictures montage, and a honeymoon monatge.
I have received a full set of my proofs and the thank you cards. I have not recieved any other products which are due to me. I am seeking a digital copy of all pictures on a cd and all the raw video footage that was shot the day of my wedding.

I paid upfront in total $2,723.95, for my wedding photography to be held on July 18, 2008. I heard on the news the other night that the business has closed down. I don't think they filed bankruptcy yet.
I would like to know what my options are for having my money refunded.

I went to Celebration Studios on April 14, 2007 to book my photographers and videographer for my September 2008 wedding. I paid $5,800 in cash. I paid in full as they offered a 14% saving if I did so.
I have been trying to reach them and have been unsuccessful. My fiance went to their office to try and speak with someone and it was vacant. It has been all over the news that they scammed 4,000 brides and took all of our money and closed all of their locations and took off. They are nowhere to be found and their phone numbers are either disconnected or take you from one voice mail to another with no useful information. I would like to find them and be fully refunded. Please help.
I have a wedding coming up in September and have to figure out how I am going to come up with the additional funds necessary to hire new photographers and video person.

We paid $4,405.89 in full for a wedding package at Celebration Studios. The videographer and photographer did their job on our wedding day on March 31, 2007. We received proofs, picked out the ones we wanted for our albums, handed in the materials for the video and have not heard a single word from them since. They have gone out of business.
We've lost our money and have no video or albums from our wedding day.

I hired them to do my wedding photography & video. Wedding date 9/22/06. After Numerous phone calls/emails, I finally received our video. It wasn't great, but I received it. I have been trying to get my albums/negatives for almost a year and received nothing, except excuses. Now a year and a half later I am still without wedding photos and out over $4,000.

My wedding was on July 15, 2006. I still have not received my bridal album or 2 parent albums after spending almost $6000.
No phone calls or emails are being returned. I basically lost $6000.

This company is a wedding photography studio. They shot my wedding. I can not get in touch with them by phone or email.
I am aware that they closed down most of their chain of photo studios. I do not know if the owner skipped town or is going bankrupt, but they have my proofs, negatives and unfinished photo album, all of which was paid at the time of the service, April, 2006.
